This book is very informative. Explaining what you need to create your own weight loss program that works for you. Lets you know how to naturally boost your metabolism. Helps you understand how important meditation is good for weight loss along with general stresses you encounter in life.
Also, this book gives you the tools to do meditation daily. 
I really like how the author points out how your perspective can make a big emotional difference.  I am a firm believer in this. I starting using his 3 step routine and it does help kick my habit of irrational thinking and became happier. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not a negative person by any means, but this has helped me stop thinking negative thoughts of people in general. I know that habit is not very nice of me, but I am honest. 
One of the best advises this book tells you is just avoid temptations in food then you beat the temptation. I think this is great advice in any life situation in general.

I like the way the author helps you look at things you have heard before but into a different way. Very informative chapter on myths of weight loss. Plus, I enjoyed at the end very easy and realistic recipes. They are very tasty and easy to make. I personally enjoyed the yogurt parfait.
Readers can enjoy this weight loss book without feeling discouraged. The author of this book sets up lots of information and shows you how you can set yourself realistic goals to achieve a healthier lifestyle and loos weight in the process.
