Heaven is for Real by Todd Burpo

Heaven is for Real by Todd Burpo

This book tells the tale of  of  a 4 year old child Colton that lives in Nebraska. Family is a very tight knit family. In case if you have seen the movie, I was impressed how closely they went by the book.
Colton has to undergo a surgery and next thing you know he is seeing things that his father did during the surgery. His father is a pastor and gets mad at God. Alot of people can relate during a sickness or death.
Colton has an out of body experience and knew things that he couldn't of known. Such as his mother having a miscarriage and it was a girl. Knowing his fathers grandfather. Through his son the family and the church community finds peace and grace.
This book is based on true events. Coltons father is author of this book. I enjoyed this book thought is was very  cute.
Included in this book are pictures.
I give this book 3 stars
Anyone will be able to enjoy reading this book or have the book read to.

Enjoying Where You Are on the Way to Where You Are Going by Joyce Meyer

Enjoying Where You Are on the Way to Where You Are Going

by Joyce Meyer
Joyce Meyer is one of my favorite Christian authors
I relate to her so much. God really uses her to explain things in a way that any woman can relate to and receive Gods word. I am so thankful for what the gifts God has given her teach others and she choose to use those gifts. Well, enough of me talking about Joyce lets talk about this book.
As most things with Joyce she finds a way to simply things and I am all for that, Less confusion and misunderstandings  the better. This book is filled with advice for almost any situation regardless of your age sex and problem you may be having.
Don't just take her word for it. As Joyce usually does she will give you where to find it in the bible and better than that she will list the verse and break it down for understanding.

Book is paperback and 206 pages.

One of the better study guides out there. I like how it stays very clear as to what to do when you read. I like her approach on how to study the bible. The way she teaches she simplifies what most people makes difficult and helps you to become more focus on what your are reading how to understand it and less discouraged.
Helps those who needs a study guide for the bible.
I gave her a 4 star and not a 5 star is because the best way is to ask God for wisdom and understanding before you read the Bible . and you will get it. But nevertheless, a Great study guide to help anyone that needs that.
This book would be very good for youth groups or first-time beginner bible readers or even teachers to use to help their classes in my personal opinion

Paperback: 208 pages

Beautifully Illustrated pictures. I had to say that first because it is so true. This cupcake would make the first time baker make cupcakes look like they have done it for years. Filled with 230 pages of step by step instructions that are simple enough that if you can read you can do it.
The ingredients are not uncommon ingredients. Makes you feel like you are being taught by an instructor in culinary college but in a very simple way. This is one of my favorite cookbooks. I made a lot of the cupcakes when my children were younger and everyone including the teachers loved them. I took great pride knowing what was in them I do not like processed foods.
The Author Karen Tack is a cooking instructor  and a food stylist for Good Housekeeping, Womans Day, Parents, and many more magazines.

Even if you do not have children or are grown. When it comes to cupcakes  everyone turns young. I give this cookbook 10 stars.
The pictures in this book  make it very easy to understand what to do
Do yourself and everyone around  you a favor and buy this book

I have read, bought, and borrowed many books like this one. Like most of us have in this world. Every relationship has problems. I believe any marriage can benefit from reading this book. Gary Chapman hit the nail on the head with this one. I know that is said in many of the reviews on this book, but it is so true. The stories are so relatable that it almost makes you feel like you are talking to your best friend complaining about what did or didn't get done. Then the author finds some way to put you into what the other person is feeling seeing and expressing. It isn't at all what you were thinking.
Gary Chapman breaks things down so simply that you find out which love language you are and which one your mate is. Once you know that it can stop many misunderstandings which leads to most arguments, resentments, and breakups. Now, this book isn't magic but it does make it where you understand the opposite sex a lot better and how to speak to your mate without yelling or bringing up the past. Which we all I believe needs to learn to do.
He gives you the stepping stones on creating a better marriage.
What sets this book apart from the rest is that it is based on the failures and successes of his own marriage of his wife Karyoln that he has been married to for 45 years. So that in itself is what makes it relatable to anyone that reads this.
It is not based on many studies or textbook but real life, real people, real problems, and real fixtures.
Even if you are not married yet or just in a relationship. This book is still worth reading.
This book is meant to read understand and apply it to your situations. If your heart is genuine you will find that you will apply the advice without even thinking about it. I believe every couple must have this book in your library apart from the Bible.

Then Sings My Soul by Robert J. Morgan

Then Sings My Soul 150 of the Worlds Greatest Hymns Stories
by Robert J, Morgan

This Book is so cute. 307 Pages full of hymns that most people are familiar with, such as Rock of Ages, Jesus Loves the Little Children, and one of my personal favorites The Old Rugged Cross.
This book is more than just a traditional hymnal that we all can find in most churches. It is quite more. One thing that makes it different is it gives the hymn on the left side of the page. and on the right It will have the name of the song, a verse from the Bible that is relevant to the hymn and a brief history of the song. Who wrote it, when was it written and sometimes what happened to have the song written, and it ends with another verse from the Bible to sum it up.
The book has many traditional Christmas hymns such as O Little Town of Bethlehem, Good King Wenceslas and Silent Night.
The Author didn't leave out an American hymn My Country tis of thee and National Anthem of the United States The Star Spangled Banner.

There Are some Songs I was not familiar with and I enjoyed looking them up by Google or You Tube.

The pages were adorable made to look like old torn on the edges paper. I thought that was very creative and took me back in time in my mind.

At the very end of the book the songs are listed in Alphabetical by title, and if that wasn't easy enough to find your song you are looking for,
Also I know the first line of some hymns but have no clue what the name of them are..... well you can look at the back of the book and it is listed by the first line of the hymn and where to find the page. That was so creative I have never seen an author do this before.

A little about the author.:
Robert J. Morgan
He is a pastor of the Donelson Fellowship in Nashville Tenn. where he ahs served for more than 20 years.
He did a great job with the book. Very Impressed.

If you are looking for hymnal and would like to know more about the history behind them this is the book for you
I rate this book 4 stars

This book is absolutely adorable. It is an adult coloring book. I didn't even know they had such a thing. I have always loved to color. I remember coloring when I was a child on my dads books with crayons. I didn't like to see things in black and white. When I had children I was excited to color with them. I have 2 boys so I had to learn to color boyish themes to make them girly. Only to be fussed at my kids to make them manly.
The cover is what made me choose this. I was so surprised and excited when I received this book to review. Immediately I got my colored pencils out and started to color.
Not only is this just a coloring book but it is a story.
A little girl is curious and takes a magical journey inside of a cookoo clock and finds out there is a world beyond. What does she encounter? So much beyond her imagination with fairies and wondrous trees to climb, cities to visit. and she invites you to go along with her.
I personally would suggest investing in a good set of coloring pencils or even markers. I wouldn't suggest crayons. There are a lot of fine lines that the thickness of a crayon would make it very hard to stay in the lines.
I wouldn't recommend this book for young children. They will get discouraged I think it would be difficult for them. It is meant for more of a youn
Markers would be great as well. The pages are thick enough so the colors won't bleed through.
This book is beautifully illustrated by best-selling Korean pen and ink artist Daria Song, She made it so easy to get caught up in her world and release your own imagination to color for all to see.

At that moment, she realized that her house had transformed into something different, something that looked like the exotic new clock from Germany. Just as she recovered her senses, she caught a glimpse of the red-haired fairy dashing away. The girl started to run after the fairy, and soon found herself in a world of fantasy and dreams.
As she continued her journey, she saw a series of beautiful worlds one after the other, each full of mystery and allure. The girl and her fairy friend continued their adventure until she finally encountered the doorway back to reality.

The cover of the book, as I said earlier got my attention. It has gold inlays for the leaves. So pretty and inviting for you to open the pages and give it color. I am excited to show this to my friends and family when I have it colored. It would be such a great conversational piece.
Please get this book You will not be disappointed Let your inner child live and start to help you remember what it was like before you had to grow up.
I would love to tell you more about this book, but to be honest I want to go back and color.
P.S. There is a sequel to this book called The Time Chamber.
looks like I see a new Amazon purchase coming soon..

The Lovely Bones

I haven't seen the movie when I read the book. I love this book< Immediately I felt what the main character Susie was thinking and feeling. I couldn't put the book down. I even got the audio book so I could hear Alice read it to me. After that, I watched the movie. The movie was good, but It didn't follow the book like I would have liked. It was ok, but the book was so much better.
Basically, you find out in the first few sentences of the book that Susie Salmon is 14 years old and is murdered. You find out very quickly who the murderer is. It is a neighbor that lives a few houses down. I didn't give anything away. As I said all of that information is revealed within the first few paragraphs.
Throughout the book, you learn what happened and realize that her murderer might get away with killing her. Are there more victims. You also at the same time feel what Susie feels and her parents friends and family. It becomes so real that I found myself searching on google to see if this was a real story. It could have happened. The author herself was a victim of rape. I think she realized some of what she may have experienced in this book. I hope she founds peace.
Does Susie finds peace?
Will her dad be able to convince the police that their neighbor killed his daughter? Does her murderer get away with it? Is justice ever done?
How does Susie's sister cope with always being in the shadow of her murdered sister?
Will Susie ever be able to enjoy her heaven and give up on her life on earth?
So many questions... All the answers are in this book. Do yourself a favor read this book. Even if you have watched the movie... Read this book you will see how many things are different in the book and why it is better.

Retseliney Antioxidant Witch Hazel Alcohol-free Facial Toner with Green Tea & Aloe Vera, Best Organic & Natural Anti Aging Skin Toner for Face, Vegan, Reduces Fine Lines & Wrinkles

Ok Ok I know ,I know, before you say anything I know what you are thinking.
This isn't a book.. Please forgive me ,but this product needs to be shared. I was so amazed by it. So as I do with the books I read I wanted to share this with you too.
This product I won from a giveaway on blog.. I am so happy I got this.
I will be buying more products from them. This product does what it says. It is not sticky or leave any residue to your face or fingers. It left my skin feeling smooth not gunky.
I can tell a difference in using this product. My skin feels smoother , silkier, and I must say I can tell some wrinkles are not as visible around my eyes
Worth giving it a try people.. I must admit the bottle is not a very big bottle like most serums are smaller, I was thinking my self bottle would be bigger than what it is. But worth the price you will not be disappointed.
You do not need but just a little dab. It will go on a long way. One thing I liked is the product is vegan, I liked that due to not having any artificial dyes or fragrances'. that is really important to me. Some of the all natural ingredients are Seabuckhorn Oil, Green Tea, Raspberry Seed Oil, and Blueberry extract which I think adds a slight fruity scent to it. Doesn't last long though. It is a clear almost like I said earlier similar to a serum. Dries very quickly and smooth. No residue you can immediately add your moisturizer or toner on after it dries.

Confessions from the Pumpkin Patch by Karlyle Tomms

Excellent written book. I didn't care for the cussing that was in the book ,but I understand what author was trying to do . It's not my normal genre of book but I enjoyed it. You learn how the characters think and can start to finish sentences for them. This book I would not recommend it for young readers, due to language and situations that are in thus book. Worth reading.
I give this book a 4 star .
I received a free ebook copy of this book for a book review from the author.

151 Puzzles , tips, and tricks to blow and grow your mind.

Marbles: the brain store is first-of-its kind shop offering handpicked, expert-tested, fun-filled products to strengthen your brain.

136 pages full of all sorts of puzzles to do. As most puzzles books , all the answers are at the end of the book.
It breaks the puzzles with symbols that it will explain at the beginning of the book. So you understand the level of difficulty so to speak.
At the very end of the book it gives you the names of all the people that created the puzzles. I thought it was very creative to do this. I really liked learning about the people and it also gave you additional websites to go visit for more puzzles.
I would not recommend this book for young adults due to some puzzles are quite hard and I feel that it would discourage them instead of activating their creative mind. Other than some puzzles I couldn't get, I enjoyed this book.
Worth getting to enjoy with your family or friends on vacation or on a rainy day.

This book is very informative. Explaining what you need to create your own weight loss program that works for you. Lets you know how to naturally boost your metabolism. Helps you understand how important meditation is good for weight loss along with general stresses you encounter in life.
Also, this book gives you the tools to do meditation daily.
I really like how the author points out how your perspective can make a big emotional difference.  I am a firm believer in this. I starting using his 3 step routine and it does help kick my habit of irrational thinking and became happier. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not a negative person by any means, but this has helped me stop thinking negative thoughts of people in general. I know that habit is not very nice of me, but I am honest.
One of the best advises this book tells you is just avoid temptations in food then you beat the temptation. I think this is great advice in any life situation in general.
Here is a quick inset of this book concerning weight loss:
The  equation below summarizes what happens to calories in the food you eat. Neither your genetics nor your food environment can change this simple mathematical truth.
Calories stored = calories eaten -calories burned.
Think of calories as money. If you earn (eat) just a little more than you spend (burn) your savings (fat) will gradually grow overtime.

I like the way the author helps you look at things you have heard before but into a different way. Very informative chapter on myths of weight loss. Plus, I enjoyed at the end very easy and realistic recipes. They are very tasty and easy to make. I personally enjoyed the yogurt parfait.
Readers can enjoy this weight loss book without feeling discouraged. The author of this book sets up lots of information and shows you how you can set yourself realistic goals to achieve a healthier lifestyle and loos weight in the process.

                                          BY :   SUSAN WRIGHT

The title states it all. From the first few sentences of this book I could relate. For the first time, this book got me excited to get organized. My sister gave me this book and I have always wanted to be as organized as her. I thought it came naturally and I just missed that gene, but to my surprise this book helped her. Immediately I stopped what I was doing and started reading.
It is very helpful that at the end of each chapter the author gives you a quick numbered summery so you can use it as a go-to reference later if needed.
The only thing I disagree with is, the spouse cleaning part. Now, I am not saying that the spouse gets a free pass to help with cleaning, but , what the author suggests is to stop cleaning and make it known to your spouse why. I personally think that will cause too much conflict and will lead to an argument, bitterness and resentment. Like for me, that wouldn't work cause I would rather do it because I am a control freak. My husband is the main breadwinner. So I do not feel it is right to ask him to work all day 6 days a week come home and help me clean. If it was the other way around I personally would be .. UGH NO!!! But that is just me.

However, I love this advice . Here is an insert from the book from Chapter 5 on storage page 31
At some point, you'll find yourself surrounded by objects that have no clearly defined category & no relation to other miscellaneous objects. Don't simply store them in first handy space; it will defeat your purpose of organization. You will never remember where everything is.

This is so true I find myself doing this which causes me to give up organizing, I really enjoyed this book and I am glad that I got it.

If you are looking to organize your house then this is the book for you.

I personally have done a Daniel fast. I can say it does work for healthier life style. You will loose weight, you will feel better, and it is not that hard to do. When I did it I only ate things that came from a seed. No artificial flavors or coloring. You can season foods just as long they are natural. No added ingredients. No yeast, which means you can only have wheat flour in recipes, you have to watch the breads. You just got to get creative, pumpkin pancakes with melted peanut butter in place of syrup. No dairy so on so forth.

When I got this book I was so excited. Now I am not saying for everyone to do the fast like I did . I took it a little extreme.  This book teaches you how to eat a healthier lifestyle. It goes by biblical principles , by doing what Daniel did in the bible. YOU CAN EAT MEAT PEOPLE.
The book breaks everything down and teaches you how to recognize how so many products are under so many different names. We all know diets don't work, Lifestyle changes do.
I borrowed this from their website I think really wraps this book up.
The overarching message of The Daniel Plan is about abundance, not deprivation, and this is why the plan is both transformational and sustainable. The Daniel Plan teaches a step-by-step approach and offers simple ways to incorporate healthy choices into your current lifestyle. Throughout the program you are encouraged to rely on God’s power, and the application of dependable biblical principles.

The diet plan are in more or less in phases.. first you will do a detox to get rid of all the bad in your body. No this does not mean you will be in the bathroom for weeks.
you wont be hungry you eat 3 times a day and have 2 snacks . You will learn how to eat better.
The book shows you what you need to have a healthier life. It is up to you to have it . Well worth getting but you have to be serious and ready to make a change.

I love this book. I mean LOVE this book. One of my favorites. Much better than the movie.
You will hear your characters talk , laugh when they laugh, cry when they cry, and get mad when they are angry. I think the story is for almost all ages. Plus it tells a tale of how segregation I believe was in the 1960s.

The story is based in the 60's in southern Mississippi where segregation was wanted and part of life. There is a black maid along with others that tells you many stories of what it was like to be a black maid. Secrets they knew but no one would tell , stories of how they raised the white children and how they made friends with the unexpected.
Also a white woman wants to stand up to everyone when she sees how many blacks are being treated but does she stand up for injustice? How does she do it? Will she fight to get the stories of the maids to be published? Would she take the risk in southern Mississippi?
You will feel every emotion when you read this book. You will hear your characters talk, you will cry when they cry, laugh when they laugh, get angry when they are wronged?
YOU must read this book. Even if you have seen the movie and loved it .... the book is ten times better.

DK Biography: Princess Diana

DK Biography : Princes Diana by Joanne Matter

I must admit I lam fascinated by this woman . Diana is and was such an inspiration to many people.  I got the paperback version.
This book is for young adult to adult. Very Factual of her life. I was a bit surprised there was not a word of the rumors or talks about the conservancy of her death, I think that should be a part of the book, but that is just me. The author picked very good photos . I enjoyed looking at them.
I agree with the other reviewers that this book is geared more toward young adult.  However I do believe that anyone would enjoy this book.
Great book for a quick read or a young adult doing a report on her.
I give this book a 3 star review.

Fix-IT Magic by Joey Green

Fix - It Magic  by Joey Green.

I absolutely love this book. This book is a Must have. Joey has had to have done a lot of research. This book is very well itemized and easy to look up what you are looking to "Fix". Here are some examples of what is in the book.

Arm & Hammer Baking Soda.  To kill ants in your home without using an insecticide, sprinkle Arm & Hammer Baking Soda in cracks, corners, and crevices. Baking soda is poison to ants,
Crayola Chalk.  Draw a think line of Crayola chalk around windows and doors outside your home  and around water pipes outside your home and around water pipes inside your home. Ants will not cross chalk lines. You can also draw mazes on a patio floor to keep those ants entertained for hours.
Cream of Wheat. Sprinkle uncooked Cream of Wheat wherever ants are giving you a problem. The ants take the farnia back to their nest and when they eat it the farina swells in their stomach and killing them without insecticide.

There are so many things in here. Peroxide to clean shower doors,  Coco cola or Listerine to clean grout? Play dough to clean wallpaper.Use Coppertone to get of the glue left from a price tag?
There is nothing in this book that is not listed from Barbecues, houseplants jewelry plumbing ... the list goes on and on.
This book will save you so much money. I keep learning with this.

Tortured For Christ. By Richard Wurmbrand

I really loved this book. I LOVE books that are based on a true story.  For those of you that do not know who Richard Wurmbrand is, here is a little about him. He used to be an atheist when he was younger and is now a Christain. He tells his story of what happened to him during his life when he was a Paster in an Underground church in Romania.
What happened to him in this book? What did he do?  How did they worship God in a country that was not Christian?
Were there many killed? These questions are answered and many more in this book,
This man along with others encountered so many things that  we all think would be easy to do.
I believe all Christians should read this book, and of course anyone that isn't.
This book is very humbling and  I felt so emotional reading this.
Very inspiring book.
I give this book 6 stars

I know many readers do not like her books. I am not one of them. I love these books. I am not someone that reads everyday and runs to the bookstore when a new books comes out , Not saying anything is wrong to do that. I don't like many fantasy books or even vampire books for that matter. I am more of a factual or reality reader I do not normally like fiction, fantasy, or sci-fi books. I LOVED THIS WHOLE SERIES!
The story of first and true love is so well written, Yes, I know  many reviewers are not happy with how she wrote the book. I can only review what I thought and how the story touched me. I am such a twilight fan its not even funny. For those of you that don't know what the story is , if there is any out there This is my review on the books .
Twilight . ( Book 1 )
This is a story of how a girl , Isabella Swan moves to Forks to live with her father. It is a rainy town and dull town with normal everyday life. Until, she met Edward Cullin, He is Mysterious and secretive. Both are drawn to each other for unknown reasons. Edward has a secret. He is a vampire that is in love with a human. How does Bella react?  Read to find this out. Stephanie Meyer does an excellent job in showing how the readers can feel on both aspects on how Bella and Edward fall in love and are willing to do whatever it takes to be together and keep each other safe.
New Moon (Book 2 )
Edward and Bella love story continues. Something happens that makes Edward leave Bella , Believing he is protecting her from getting hurt. Bella is crushed and cant imagine that her life can go on. Her heart is broken . Bella realizes she can test Edward's protection for her come back. In a sense that only she can understand and see. Unexpectedly, she grows feelings for her Indian friend, Jacob that has his own secret, Is there a new love starting to brew?  Readers are torn to which person we want Bella with. Is Edward  gone for good? Has Bella moved on with Jacob?  If you are looking for the answer to that here... Not going to to get it
Eclipse  ( Book 3 )
The story continues  Who will Bella choose? Jacob or Edward?? Her decision will affect so many lives. Why? You would know this if you read the other books . I am not stating the obvious . Remember the review is also for those not familiar with the story.  The Vultori is more in to the story than the others. They are the leaders of the vampires so to speak that other vampires must answer to,, They realize Bella knows their secret. What happens? Do they kill her.? What must she agree to? How does Jacob React. .. The story makes your anxiety level rise . I got so caught up with the characters You know them by now. how they will react. I was so invested to them Excellent read. Cant wait for next book. How far does Bella go . Edward gets mislead thinking his precious Bella is dead. He feels he cant go own without her and feels guilty for his decision to leave her defenseless without him. How far will Bella go to save him in return?

Breaking Dawn ( Book 3 and 4 )

Bella and Edward love story continues. Cant go in detail as to what happens cause I don't want to give it away and tell who and why Bella chooses from above. So the only way I know how to do that and give a good honest review is to put it like this.
there is a wedding proposal and a wedding.   Honeymoon and pregnancy. Bella ends up making a choice that will change her life forever . She is forced to admit she is in love with both Jacob and Edward. Which one does she love more. Who does she ultimately choose. Regardless, who she chooses she must transform herself to a vampire, werewolf or just simply stay human.
What changes faces her?  what happens to her baby if she becomes pregnant?> Can she say goodby to the other man in her life that she doesn't  choose.?  What happens to her and her family when the Vultari accusations and they solve it by death?  Will she ever be truly happy again.
You find all the answers to all theses questions. After reading the saga collection you are left fulfilled and wanting more.. Not like you were cheated to not know how it ended . Stephanie Myer fills that completely . She ends it well. What I felt after reading it  is I wanted it to continue. I don't ever want this story to end.. I love the characters and want to know what happens to their children, grandchildren, and so forth,
Overall I give this story 5 stars because it grabbed my attention quickly kept it . Where that is very hard to do.

JonBenet inside the Murder Investigation from Steve Thomas

JonBenet: Inside the Ramsey Murder Investigation

As many people when this tragic story came out , where so many people were so interested in this story. I know I was wanting justice for this little girl. This is one of thees books that you can not put down. I like matter of fact books. Which to me that means, not the authors opinions and thoughts but the facts of what is happening . Allowing the readers to come up with their own opinions. This book does that all. It gives the story of what happened , how the police handled, what happened what didn't happen, This was such a tragic story but it does answers alot of questions that we have that was afraid to ask. Steve Thomas gives a amazing information . Thank you, If you are interested in finding out the truth  with out being mislead  buy this book. GOOD JOB  STEVE THOMAS,
Now that you have read this review . Please say a prayer for justice for this little girl that was taken to soon.

What Your Dreams Are Telling You Unlocking Solutions While You Sleep. Cindy Mcgill with David Sluka

I have always been interested about dreams and what they mean. I know that dreams have meaning. That has been proven as early in biblical times. I myself have had dreams come true. I am not saying that every dream comes true but every dream does have meaning.
I have to say that there was one part that I didn't agree with. When it talks about the sinking of the Titanic here is what it says: There were 19 documented cases of dreams that predicted the sinking of the Titanic. The 19 people that had these dreams included several passengers, some of whom paid attention to their dreams and survived, while others ignored them and drowned.
That really bothered me,, One how would they know what the passengers dreamed on the Titanic and the passengers that drowned how would anyone know what their dreams were.? It may have just been the way the author wrote it.
As far as the rest of the book I have no complaints about it . Very detailed gives you several examples. I love the way the author will have the word and what it means, They way it was itemized made it very quickly to find and makes it simple for the new to dreams readers, but, not so simple to readers that are not.
In the back of the book You have the opportunity to have a dream journal where you can have the date theme, theme, and title of the book. The dream appendix lists itemized words listed alphabetically with the meanings for quick to find meanings,
My favorite part is where it gives you examples along with verses about the dreams and dreams interpretations in the bible, And how the author tells you that God gives you dreams and interpretations and have him to consult about them when in question about them, thank you for that.

Overall I give this book 4 stars Not a bad book. Very detailed ,easy to understand, and dream journal included in the back of the book.
