I personally have done a Daniel fast. I can say it does work for healthier life style. You will loose weight, you will feel better, and it is not that hard to do. When I did it I only ate things that came from a seed. No artificial flavors or coloring. You can season foods just as long they are natural. No added ingredients. No yeast, which means you can only have wheat flour in recipes, you have to watch the breads. You just got to get creative, pumpkin pancakes with melted peanut butter in place of syrup. No dairy so on so forth.

When I got this book I was so excited. Now I am not saying for everyone to do the fast like I did . I took it a little extreme.  This book teaches you how to eat a healthier lifestyle. It goes by biblical principles , by doing what Daniel did in the bible. YOU CAN EAT MEAT PEOPLE. 
The book breaks everything down and teaches you how to recognize how so many products are under so many different names. We all know diets don't work, Lifestyle changes do.

The overarching message of The Daniel Plan is about abundance, not deprivation, and this is why the plan is both transformational and sustainable. The diet plan are in more or less in phases.. first you will do a detox to get rid of all the bad in your body. No this does not mean you will be in the bathroom for weeks.
you wont be hungry you eat 3 times a day and have 2 snacks . You will learn how to eat better. 
The book shows you what you need to have a healthier life. It is up to you to have it . Well worth getting but you have to be serious and ready to make a change.
